Can resellers set their own pricing for Rasa Rosz products?

No. As a general rule, all Keluarga Rasa Rosz resellers must adhere to the pricing policy. The purpose of this standard pricing is two-fold

1. To prevent resellers and businesses gain an unfair advantage when selling Rasa Rosz products; and
2. To ensure the sustainability of Keluarga Rasa Rosz business model in the long term.

What other types of promotions are allowed?

Other than the permitted promotions in the pricing policy, resellers are allowed to offer the following types of promotions that add value to their customer's purchase.

• Discounted or FREE delivery
• Product bundling, add-on, or combo
• FREE gift or sample

Additional requirements:

1. For the product bundling, add-on, or combo, you must include at least one non-Rasa Rosz product and the discount amount must not exceed the standard retail price of the Rasa Rosz products in that bundling, add-on or combo; and
2. The FREE gift or sample in your promotion must not be a Rasa Rosz product, other than the permitted promotions in the pricing policy.

Here are some examples:

FREE delivery with a minimum spend of RM19.90

RM5 discount with Ratu Tumis Asam Pedas + Ayam Brand Sardine Combo

FREE Muji apron with purchase of 5 Ratu Tumis Multipacks

What are the requirements for resellers to offer promotions?

Resellers who wish to offer promotions must ensure that:

1. The standard price is shown next to the discounted price.
2. The discounted price is not shown on its own giving the impression that it is the retail price.
3. The discounted price is not offered before or after the promotion period.

Can resellers participate in Lazada or Shopee campaigns?

Yes, resellers may participate in any Lazada or Shopee campaign provided that any discount offered as part of the campaign does not exceed the discount permitted by Rasa Rosz. Resellers must also ensure that the discounted prices are not offered beyond the permitted promotion period.

Who shall bear the promotion costs?

For consistency, resellers that offer promotions to their end-customers shall bear all the costs associated with the promotions. This means that any discount, bundling, add-on, combo, FREE shipping or other similar promotions will be funded from the reseller's own gross profit from each sale.

To incentivise resellers to take part in certain promotions, Rasa Rosz may offer reduced stock cost prices on select products during promotion period. The reduced cost prices only applicable to new stock ordered from Rasa Rosz during the promotion period.
